Thank you for your interest in applying to become a substitute with the WSWHE
BOCES Teacher Registry. Online hazard communication training is now mandatory
for all substitutes.
You will need to visit the online training website and complete your training then
submit your “proof of training certificate” with your completed application. We
will not start to process your application until all material is submitted.

Scroll down to your district's or BOCES' name:
Click on the W then under WSWHE BOCES SUBSTITUTE click online
Hazcom.
Complete all required registration questions and follow the directions given. You
may use your work or personal e-mail address to register. The password can be any
password of your choosing. Remember the e-mail address and password you use to
register! The email address you use becomes your “login” for the online training.
IMPORTANT: Once you see the registration message, “Thank you for your
registration. Your information has been submitted to the event host,” you will need
to access your e-mail account and read your e-mail to get the training URL link.
Click on the training URL link that is delivered to your e-mail address to begin the
training.
Once you complete viewing every slide a “proof of training certificate” that you
saw when you began the training (on the first screen) will be unlocked and you can
download it. You will need to include the certificate with your application.
