Introduction
A pediatric surgeon that is what I chose. I am a super hero by day and a sleeper by
night. I chose this career because I like helping people and being even a doctor is
helping people. I am not grossed out about open wounds and paper cuts. The thing is
the fashion choice a coat and black shoes, I would have to live with that. Just kidding,
when I was little I would always play doctor with my stuffed animals. Please do not judge
me if you were a toddler again you would do the same. So keep listening because we
will go through a daily routine of a SUPER HERO!
Tip: have a since of
Humor don’t be boring or
then, the kids will not like
you.
Work Environment
Time: There are different times that people have to go to work but being a Pediatric Surgeon I have
to work a lot.
.Overtime hours anywhere over 12 hours
.Irregular hours Ex: 4:00 am to 4:00 pm
Environment: I would work inside most of the time. I am also exposed to injuries ,diseases, and open
surgeries.
Wear: I have to have sanitation control. Safety shoes, and glasses, also protective gloves.
Training & Education
Training: To become a pediatric surgeon you need training.
College: First, you would need 4 years of college plus an additional 5 to 7 years.
Internship: Then, you would need to work in a hospital and practice surgeries.
So if you are focusing on being a pediatric surgeon you need to go through a lot of
school, but it is worth it.

My growth opportunities are good
As a doctor I will be able to find a lot of jobs but right now they are packed. It is very
hard to become a doctor.
What they do
I am called in every day
for heart surgeries and
etc.. I preform surgeries
using tools like scalpels,
needles, and more. I
have to use big machines
to take x rays. I am pretty
much life saving.
Conclusion
I tell everyone who has a goal to follow it. It does not matter if it is big or small just follow
it!
I learned that being a surgeon takes a lot of school and hard work. The thing is any thing
is worth it! To this day I still want to be any kind of a doctor and if my path steers me right I
might become a surgeon.
