Overview
GradIntel is the service that the University is using in order to provide graduates with an
electronically signed Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). This short guide will walk a
student through the process of using GradIntel, from activating your account to viewing your HEAR.
Activating Your Account
You will receive an email to your University Unimail account requesting that you activate your
GradIntel account. Follow the link to access the GradIntel website.
Enter your details and then click the Activate Account button (not forgetting to agree to the Terms
of Service and the Privacy Policy).

You will now receive another email that confirms your account activation.

You are now able to use the GradIntel website. Login at https://gradintel.com using the details that
you set up when you activated your account.
Viewing Your HEAR
Select My HEAR from the GradIntel homepage in order to go to the University’s HEAR service page.
Then select the View My HEAR option on the bottom left of the page. If you are unable to select the
View My Hear button, make sure that you are viewing the tab (see below) for the correct course.
This overview page also gives you information about your HEAR status as well as providing a link to
the University’s HEAR guidance and FAQ documentation.

All activities and achievements for the 14/15 academic year which need to be included in the HEAR
should be submitted via My Record by Friday 12th June 2015. (See the HEAR Achievement Request
Student Guide for further information).
GradIntel Personal Profile
Your Personal Profile can be accessed by selecting the top left link on the GradIntel home page.
The Personal Profile tabs allow you to update various bits of personal information. These include
your contact addresses, work experience and diversity information. You can also upload a profile
image and detail work experience, language and IT skills. Note: It will not update your details with
the University of Winchester.

Other Functionality
The GradIntel website has several other useful features, all of which can be accessed from the menu
on the top left of the homepage. The University Services section gives information about the
University’s career services, including contact details.
The remaining sections are provided by GradIntel and any queries about them should be taken up
with Gradintel using the email address [email protected]. The My Vacancies section,
once configured will find jobs that match the tags used in your personal profile. The Online
Assessment Centre provides tests that can help strengthen your profile and increase your
understanding of the way you work. The Messages section keeps track of any messages that you
have been sent through GradIntel.
