1. Entries open 9.00am (AEST) 1 September 2014 and must be received by 5.00pm (AEDT) 30 November 2014.
Entries must be received via mail or online entry at www.virbac.com.au/primaryproducer. The promoter is not
responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries.
2. To enter you must fill in the required details and answer all three (3) questions provided and submit by
either mailing to Dr Robert Dempster, Research, Development and Licensing Manager, Virbac Animal Health,
Locked Bag 6000, Regents Park, NSW 2143 or entering online at www.virbac.com.au/primaryproducer
3. Entry is open to owners and managers of commercial livestock (sheep or cattle) enterprises in Australia.
Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entries are restricted to one entry per livestock property.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. To register, entrants will be
required to provide the Promoter with various personal details which may include full name, phone number,
email address, geographic location, and enterprise type and size. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall
invalidate the entry. Any incomplete or incomprehensible entries will also be deemed invalid and as such
disregarded.
4. The prize is a voucher to the value of $1,000. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Submissions will be judged by the Promoter at 361 Horsley Road, Milperra NSW 2214, before 7 December
2014 based on originality, creativity, innovation and applicability. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify
any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the promoter, includes objectionable content,
including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by phone,
mail and/or email by 5.00pm (AEDT) 10 December 2014. The promoter will make all reasonable efforts to
contact the potential winner, however, in the event a potential winner can't be contacted or doesn't respond
by 5.00pm (AEDT) 17 December 2014 an alternate winner will be selected based on the same criteria. This
alternate winner will be notified in writing by 24 December 2014. The winner will be announced on the
promoter’s Facebook page before 5.00pm (AEDT) 31 December 2014 and in next year’s edition of Primary
Producer.
6. By entering this competition you are permitting Virbac (Australia) to contact you in the future regarding
upcoming promotions and/or product information.
