1.1 Purpose (Unique value add)
Provide full and complete management of complex and multiple IS projects including project plans, scope definition, timelines, quality definition,
assurance and financial control. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed quality, cost and schedule whilst maintaining the agreed project management
standards and consistency ensuring delivery achieves all customer requirements.
1.2 Objectives
The objectives (maximum 6) of this role are to:
 Lead complex IS project delivery from concept (Initiate) to business case (Full Financial Review) through to finalisation (Close) on time, on budget, to
scope and to quality parameters specified whilst ensuring projects remain compliant with the Corporate Project Management Methodology, IS
Methodology, IT policies and standards.
 Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed outcomes and business benefits.
 Project team formation against resource demand and management within a matrix organisation structure and the procurement and management of
third party suppliers.
 Manage risk analysis with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and issue capture, assessment and management with appropriate resolutions.
 Ensure stakeholder management and communications management, including comprehensive status reporting to various stakeholders.
