Tale of Two Brothers
• A mother was fixing pancakes for her
sons who began to argue about getting
the first one
• She suggested that Jesus would say,
“Serve my brother, I can wait.”

brother, “You be Jesus!”

• Are we like the younger brother?
– Want others to be like Jesus

• We want others to do all the rebuking
– Cower down behind them
– Responsibility of every Christian

– Necessary to rebuke a brother

Conclusion
• Be willing to do what we expect
others to do
