Enbridge Gas: www.Enbridge.com Ottawa Hydro: www.HydroOttawa.com Bell or Rogers: Bell: www.Bell.ca Rogers: www.Rogers.ca • Water: • Prepare for occupancy: We recommend that you call your lawyer and your mortgage provider a week or two before closing to make sure everything is ready. • New Address and Postal Code: Your new civic address will be provided to you by your Sales Representative once we pick up the building permit for your home. Canada Post assigns new postal codes every 6 weeks, and includes them on their website: www.CanadaPost.ca. You do not need a postal code to set up new utility accounts.
