The budget request from each side should represent the amount to be invoiced to that particular University. Amounts which will be incurred in Australian dollars should be budgeted in the Monash University column and amounts which will be incurred in Pounds should be budgeted in the University of Warwick column. In the case of amounts incurred in other currencies, please clearly identify original currency and amount, convert to AUD or GBP and place this in one column only (it does not matter which). Your proposed budged does not need to be split 50:50 between the universities, as the universities have agreed to settle any imbalances in total at the conclusion of the award process.
