NOTES FOR PLAYERS
Players must be registered prior to the start of the match. Sets played by unregistered
players shall be adjusted and recorded as 6-0 losses.
One-day down-gradings must have prior approval from the Match Secretary (or if
unavailable at the time, them some other member of the Executive Committee).
Should a player play in any grade lower than their registered grade without prior
approval, their sets will be adjusted and recorded as 6-0 losses.
If a player plays more than twice in a grade that is higher than their registered grade,
the player will become registered in that higher grade and shall only be permitted to
play in that higher grade unless permission is sought as per item 2 above.
Players must play at least two home-and-away matches for a club during the season to
be qualified to play finals matches for that club.
Results cards must reach the Match Secretary by the Monday following each match.
This includes postponed or uncompleted matches and walk-overs.
Captains of winning teams in the last round, Semi-Final and Grand Final matches must
also inform the Match Secretary of the result by 7:00 pm on the day of play.
