CP-Net: working together to improve quality of care! During meetings and on a web-based forum, knowledgebrokers, persons with CP/parents and researchers share knowledge, experiences and best-practices, with a focus on ‘doing’ in practice. Results Outcome of the implementation of four recommendations from the updated Dutch Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy (June 2015 www.richtlijnendatabase.nl) in 20 collaborating centers, with 30 locations in The Netherlands. Conclusion The model of collaboration in CP-Net leads to actual changes in clinical practice based on evidence based guidelines. The system supports transparency and collaboration. Follow-up is necessary to support ongoing implementation of guidelines and improvement of quality of care. Relevance and Impact The mission of CP-Net is that every person with CP should have the opportunity to be treated in their own environment according to the best evidence.
