below dates. Please note that due to field availability team numbers are limited.
Nominations will close once all available positions are filled.

CONFIRMATION If you do not receive a return e-mail confirming
your spot after 7 days from e-mailing your nomination & EFT record, you
must send a follow up e-mail requesting the status of your nomination.
It is the responsibility of the team organiser/manager to follow up as
required to ensure their entry has been processed. Your team is not
registered for the carnival and your spot is not confirmed until you receive
the confirmation e-mail from the Carnival Co-ordinator.

 Rules & Information
All players, coaches, parents & guardians agree to abide by the Carnival rules
advised by Albany Creek Football Club, including FFA code of conduct for
players & spectators.
As team organizer / manager I have informed all players and parents /
guardians of these conditions of participation / entry to the ACE carnivals.

Please note that further carnival updates will be communicated by e-mail
Carnivals are great day out for players and their families. It is essential that adults
set the example with the focus on fun, sportsmanship & player development.
 Brendale’s great value Kebab, Coffee & Canteen service will be available
throughout the day.
 All games will be played according to Football Brisbane MiniRoos Rules.
 At all times, players, team officials and parents shall participate in
accordance with the True Sport Lives Here philosophy.
 ACE carnivals are sanctioned by Football Queensland.
 Only MiniRoos teams & players registered with FFA numbers through
http://www.myfootballclub.com.au/ and playing in their age group are eligible
for entry.
 For safety reason portable BBQ's & gas bottles are strictly not permitted
on the grounds. Gazebo’s & shade covers are permitted but must be in
good condition, fully secured in accordance with manufacturer
recommendations & immediately pulled down in the event of adverse
weather conditions.
 With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted within the
grounds.
 Alcohol – Albany Creek Excelsior does not allow alcohol to be brought onto
our grounds. Alcohol may only be purchased / consumed from our Bar /
allocated drinking area, during allocated liquor license hours. Alcohol will
not be served during carnival events.
 Games will start at 9am sharp, briefing on day’s events will be at 8.20am
sharp – team organisers must be in attendance!
 Further information for participating teams to be provided prior to event.
 Disciplinary - All matters concerning discipline of players, team officials or
spectators will be brought to the attention of Ground and Carnival officials
and taken to a Rules Committee. The Rules Committee will make decisions
on all disciplinary issues and may impose sanctions including bans from
matches, or disqualification. The decision of the Rules Committee will be
final and cannot be appealed.
