activities each week. The three activities that you choose must be in a row. The row may be horizontal, vertical, or
diagonal. On Thursday night your homework is to study for Friday’s spelling test. Spelling homework is to be turned in
on Thursday attached to this sheet.

words. Check your words off your
main list as you go, and underline your
spelling words in the story. Be
creative!
Print each of your spelling words three
times each, using a different color for
each column.
Use your best handwriting.
Add it Up
Comic Strip
ABC Order
Write you spelling words and add up
how much they are worth. Consonants
are worth 5 and vowels are worth 7.
Create a comic strip using at least 10 of
your spelling words in complete
sentences.
Print your spelling words in
alphabetical order.
Use your best handwriting.
Told = 5+7+5+5=22
Underline each spelling word.
Baseball Spelling
Draw 4 bases. Have someone be the
“pitcher.” They pick a word for you
to spell. If the batter (you) spells it
right, you move one base. You get a
point when you pass home base.

spell your words. Make sure
someone is watching you.
