Offer input with regards to transportation Ensure transportation is not committed to un-realistic requirements Have input on implementation timelines Ensure that documentation for DOE compliance (Auditing) is adequate Implementation of the IEP Stay within documented timelines Double check that IEP is being implemented as directed Be sure that the bus operator and attendant are familiar with the student and his/her needs Monitor the first few days of implementation Notify IEP team immediately of any issues that you encounter.
