Assistant Coach (part-time) Women`s Lacrosse

 Assistant Coach (part‐time) Women’s Lacrosse Notre Dame College, an NCAA Division II institution that competes in the Mountain East Conference, is seeking a part‐time assistant women’s lacrosse coach to assist the head coach in all aspects of the development of the program. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus coach/playing experience, preferably at the college level. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the academic and athletic success of the student‐athletes and must wholeheartedly embrace the unique mission of Notre Dame College. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coaching women’s lacrosse at an NCAA institution and previous college playing experience is strongly preferred. Having strong organizational, management and communications skills with attention to detail. Responsibilities include involvement in the day to day operations of a NCAA Division II women’s lacrosse program in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations; coaching, recruiting, film break down, academic oversight, community relations, mentoring, player development, strategy/techniques, scouting reports, compliance, scheduling, travel organization, game day operations, fundraising, and any other duties assigned by the head coach.
