Parking Procedures
1.
Only Students who have been assigned a parking pass by BHS staff
may park on campus. Student’s parking pass must be displayed,
from rearview mirror at all times, when on campus. Student’s
names on parking pass must be visible when displayed.
 Seniors: Lot A (first come basis and overflow parking is Lot C)
 Juniors: Lots B (first come basis and overflow parking is Lot C)
 Everyone may use Lot C
2. Students parking in Lot C must remove their vehicles by 2:45 each
day during marching band season. This lot is used immediately
after school for band practice. Vehicles not moved by 2:45 will be
towed at the driver’s expense.
3. Students apply for a parking pass in Student Services. A valid
driver’s license and this completed form are required.
4. Cost for the parking pass is $15.00 per year. If lost, parking
permits must be replaced by purchasing a new permit for the full
amount.
5. Parking passes are non–transferable. Students are not to sell, give
or lend their parking pass to anyone else.
6. Students must obey all traffic laws. Students should drive
courteously and safely and not drive over grass, medians or curbs.
The speed limit is 10 mph on BHS campus. Students are expected
to park in a parking space designated within white lines.
7. Parking in faculty, handicapped, and visitor parking spots is not
allowed without administrative approval.
8. Once arriving at school each day, all occupants of the vehicle must
promptly enter the building. Students are not allowed to reenter
the parking lot, at any time during the school day, without grade
level administrator permission.
9. Students without a parking pass must obtain a temporary parking
pass from Student Services, even if it’s only one day.
10. Student parking is a privilege. Any violation of the rules will result
in detention, ISS, loss of driving/parking privileges, or towing of
the vehicle at the driver’s expense.

FALSIFYING INFORMATION ON THS FORM) may result in
detention, ISS, loss of parking privileges, or towing of the
vehicle at my expense. I further understand that it is my
responsibility to see Ms. Simmons immediately if I am having a
problem following the parking rules in order to avoid any
negative consequences.
