Summary of Rules and Regulations
To enter to win the iPad (retail value Retail Value of Prize $500), you must place one (1) NEW, minimum order with
Tattoo Productions between 9:00 am Tuesday, April 29, 2014 and 5:00pm Friday, December 5, 2014. Contest closes on
Thursday December 4, 2014 at the end of the business day. There is NO maximum number of entries per person, and every
NEW, minimum order will be another entry. A random draw from all eligible entries will take place on Friday, December 5, 2014.
The winner will be announced on our website at 5:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2014. The winner must also
sign a standard release form confirming compliance with contest rules. Chance of winning depends on the number of eligible
entries received. This contest is open to all residents of the United States who have reached the age of 18, except employees
of Tattoo Productions, Sponsoring Promotion, their affiliated companies, the independent judging organizations and all
persons with whom they are domiciled.
Complete Rules and Regulations
1.
This contest is open to all residents of the United States who have
reached the age of majority, except employees of Tattoo Productions, Sponsoring
Promotion, their affiliated companies, the independent judging organizations and all
persons with whom they are domiciled. When you place one (1) NEW, minimum order you
are automatically entered in the contest.
2.
NO Limit of entry per person. Eligible orders must be placed no later than end of
business day on Thursday, December 4, 2014, the contest closing date.
3.
The person who places the order will be the one entered into the contest regardless of who they
are representing. Persons who employers do not allow enters into incentive contest are not eligible.
4.
(1) NEW, minimum order is necessary to enter.
5.
A NEW, minimum order will be for T-Shirts, Hats, Koozies, Banners, Business Cards, Promotional
items or any thing else we may produce (as long as the order is for the stated MINIMUM amount)
will count as One (1) entree into the contest.
6.
Re-orders of any previously placed order will NOT count as an entree.
7.
The contest prize is one (1) Apple® iPad. Approximate Retail Value of Prize $500.00.
Taxes and preparation expenses included.
Tattoo Productions reserves the right to issue a gift certificate from Apple® in the amount of
$500.00 if the iPad is not released from Apple® by the end of the contest (Friday, December 5, 2014).
The prize can be picked up or can be delivered to the winner's residence in the United States of
America.

8.
A random draw will be conducted at 5:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2014 at the offices of
Tattoo Productions from all eligible orders placed on or before the contest closing date.
9.
The chance of being selected will depend on the total number of orders received.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted by phone at the phone number listed or contacted
by email at the email address provided on their order within 30 days of being selected, he/she
will not be eligible to win the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.
10.
The prize will be awarded to the first person whose entry is drawn, who correctly
answers, unaided, a question to determine their identity, to be administered by
telephone or email at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time, and who complies with the contest rules.
In the event that the first selected entrant does not correctly answer the identity question and
comply with the contest rules, he/she will not receive the prize and another entrant will be selected
until the prize is awarded.
11.
To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant will also be required to sign a
declaration and release form that confirms compliance with the contest rules and
acceptance of the prize awarded, releases the contest sponsors and their agents from any
liability and consents to the use of his/her name, voice and/or photograph or likeness
without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Tattoo Productions.
12.
The prize is not transferable or convertible into cash or otherwise and must be accepted
as awarded.
13.
The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at anytime without prior
notice.
14.
This contest is subject to all and Federal, State and Municipal laws and regulations. Void
where prohibited.
15.
Tattoo Productions and its affiliates accept no liability or responsibility in connection
with injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising out of this contest or prize.
