EXCEPTING THE VALOREM JACKSONVILLE, CITIES STORMWATER OF AND JACKSONVILLE GENERAL SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY PROVIDING OF FOR JACKSONVILLE, THE MAILING EXCLUDING OF THIS 23 24 WHEREAS, the City of Jacksonville is authorized to utilize the 25 non ad-valorem method of levy, collection and enforcement as set 26 forth in Florida Statute 197.3632 (the “Uniform Method”); and 27 WHEREAS, a “non ad valorem assessment” is defined by statute 28 as an assessment which is not based on millage, and which can 29 become a lien against a homestead as provided for in s. 4, Art.
