Full Time Team Member – Rock Up
Rock Up is an exciting new concept in indoor leisure located in retail and other high
footfall environments. It combines a fun and challenging climbing experience with soft
play and a high quality café serving home cooked food. Rock Up is a destination for the
whole family.
This role is an integral part of our team at Rock Up. In this position you will assist in the
operational running of both the arena and cafe areas, ensuring that the site is delivering
excellent customer service. It will be your role to ensure that all standards are
maintained during your shift. In this role you will report to a Duty Manager, but have
strong working relationships with the Centre Manager and other members of the Rock
Up team.

To support the Duty Manager in the daily running of the centre;
To assist the arena team in all aspects of climbing, and provision of customer
services.;
To ensure that all daily checks are carried out and monitored with the support of
the Duty Manager;
To prepare and produce all food and beverage items from the menu when working
in the cafe;
To support the centre with the running of birthday parties and other events as
required;
To have a full understanding of the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures;
To provide support with timetables for daily activities;
To provide support with the Centre’s Sales and Marketing activities where required;
To work with the Centre Management team in helping to run and promote special
events;
To ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and
archived;
To ensure compliance with all fire, licensing, and employment regulations;
To work with the Management team with regards to planning new promotions and
initiatives, and contributing to business development;
To attend monthly training session to ensure that required training is completed;
To cover other areas (Reception) when required;
Keeping abreast of trends and developments in the industry.
