This NAPE proposal is submitted AS A PACKAGE and must be accepted as a complete package as no parts may be accepted separately; NAPE reserves the right to add or alter any portion or return to current contract language or return to any previous position if not accepted as a package ARTICLE 11 - WAGES 11.2 On July 1, 2017, all employees in each bargaining unit shall receive a one percent (1%) salary increase to their annual full-time equivalent salary base. 11.2.P (NAPE) On July 1, 2017, all employees in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit shall receive a one and one quarter percent (1.25%) salary increase to their annual full-time equivalent salary base in addition to 11.2. 11.3 On January 1, 2019, all employees in each bargaining unit shall receive a one and one-half percent (1.5%) salary increase to their annual full-time equivalent salary base. 11.3.P (NAPE) On January 1, 2019, all employees in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit shall receive a two and one quarter percent (2.25%) salary increase to their annual full-time equivalent salary base in addition to 11.3. 11.5 On July 1, 2017, each salary rate of all classifications in each bargaining unit pay plan will be adjusted upward by one percent (1%), except the pay lines receiving special adjustments in Sections 11.2.1, 11.2.2, and 11.2.3, shall be adjusted as provided in those sections. (Appendix A, 2017-2019). 11.5.P (NAPE) On July 1, 2017, each minimum salary rate of all employees in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit will be adjusted upward by one percent (1.00%) and each maximum salary rate of all classifications in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit pay plan will be adjusted upward by one and three quarters of a percent (1.75%) and shall be adjusted as provided in those sections in addition to 11.5. (Appendix A, 2019-2021). 11.6 On January 1, 2019, each salary rate of all classifications in each bargaining unit pay plan will be adjusted upward by one and one-half percent (1.5%). (Appendix A, 2017-2019) 11.6.P (NAPE) On January 1, 2019, each minimum salary rate of all employees in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit will be adjusted upward by one percent (1.00%) and each maximum salary rate of all classifications in the Protective Services Bargaining Unit pay plan will be adjusted upward by one and three quarters of a percent (1.75%) and shall be adjusted as provided in those sections in addition to 11.6. (Appendix A, 2019-2021). 11.13.P (NAPE) Longevity Pay for the PSBU: Employees of the Protective Services Bargaining Unit who attains one of the following continuous service anniversary dates during the year preceding July 1, 2017 shall have their annual full-time equivalent salary base increased by the following scale on July 1, 2017. This amount shall be added to their annual full-time equivalent salary base and shall be given after any other July 1, 2017, pay increase(s). (NOTE: Continuous is defined as no break in state service – adjusted state seniority shall not be used if the employee left state service and was rehired).
