* Children with special needs always need to be accompanied by a caretaker. If you cannot provide the latter within the full
extent of the programme implementation, we can provide an animator (or animation hour) at an additional charge, who will be
responsible for the implementation of an adapted programme for up to 4 children with special needs (milder disabilities)
throughout the event. The caretakers provide for the basic physiological needs.

5) Animation price
Price for 1 hour of animation is 35.00 € and includes 1 animator for 7 children, all the necessary
material and transportation at a distance of 15 km in one direction from Minicity, located in BTC
Ljubljana. Travelling expenses for locations that are more than 15 km away are charged 0.37€ per
kilometre for the distance Minicity (BTC Ljubljana) - location - Minicity (BTC Ljubljana).
6) Animation theme
Before each thematic animation, we play at least one social game with the aim of children getting
acquainted with each other and arranging them into groups. The exact description of the themes is

7) General conditions and payment
After you make the booking, we will inform you about the confirmation of chosen date and issue a pro
forma invoice.
A) Date reservation
 When making a booking, an advance payment of 50 EUR is necessary.
 The invoice payment slip should be send to the e-mail address [email protected] no later
than 48 hours after the invoice has been issued.
B) Final number of children
 4 days before the animation, the client is obliged to inform us on the final number of children
who will participate in the animation. In the case of a larger number of children than planned
(more than 2 children), you are additionally charged for a thematic animation implemented
by one animator for the entire duration of the animation.
C) Payment
 Payment of the pro forma invoice can be made through online banking; IBAN SI56 3000 0001
2845 164 (Sberbank d.d.) to the bank account: Zavod Mali jaz, Šmartinska cesta 152, 1000
Ljubljana. Purpose of payment: child's surname and date of the event.
 Advance payment must be paid within 48 hours after the pro forma invoice has been issued,
the rest should be paid at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled date of the event. In
case of cancellation, the advance payment is not refundable. The animation can be postponed
to another available date. Cancellation due to illness and selection of an alternate date less
than 72 hours before the celebration is not possible.
