We win by focusing on the mastery of the sport, not by focusing on winning.
Swimmers should strive to make themselves, their teammates and the sport better.
Parents should focus on their children’s growth through life lessons.
Swimmers, parents and coaches must respect rules, opponents, officials, teammates and
themselves.
