Advise the office of the date you wish to move into the property 5. 48 hours (2 working days) after returning the above documentation to the office This time is required to check the work and landlord references that you have supplied, prepare the lease and other documentation. THEN 6. Make an appointment with the office to come in and sign the lease Note: All tenants on the lease need to come to the office to sign the lease 7. 8.
