Pay the Deposit
You will then be given a New Tenant Information Sheet
Complete New Tenant Information sheet and return to the office, together with the following:
a. Reference from Employer on Letterhead
b. Reference from previous Landlord
c. Photographic ID
d. Bank Account Details
4. Advise the office of the date you wish to move into the property
5. 48 hours (2 working days) after returning the above documentation to the office
This time is required to check the work and landlord references that you have supplied, prepare the lease
and other documentation.

6. Make an appointment with the office to come in and sign the lease
Note: All tenants on the lease need to come to the office to sign the lease

When coming in to sign the lease you need to bring with you the first month’s rent with your or have the
rent paid into our bank account. If paid to the bank account bring proof of the payment.
