Hi Friend, The next step is to log in to Your Body, Your System account. I have registered your email so you should be able to log in with your username/password. *Please let me know if you have any troubles with this. www.yourbodyyoursystem.com UserName: Password: Once you log in, you will be able to take the assessment questionnaire to determine your Natural System State. This is the "red dot" we’ve spoken about - your equilibrium state. Then, once you determine this (you only take the test once), you can click on "Do a Check Up Now" to determine your current state (based on weather, personal, mood, etc) - the black dot we discussed. This can be taken as often as you like (once a week, once a month, etc). Once you have completed this, you can see how "close" or "far" you are from your natural system state. You can download your program for adjusting your current state - the program offers tips and recommendations for food/diet, activities, exercise, etc. You can even select a setting so that this personalized program gets sent to your email address and you receive daily notifications. I would recommend as starting out to do regular "check ups" and updates of your "current state" every few weeks or once a month so that you notice the changes in the black dot and your progress.
