Q: How do I access the LMP Contour Map?
A: Select LMP Contour Map from the Real Time Market Data Menu under Markets and
Operations from the MISO Public website.
Q: Why have some of the displayed nodes changed from the previous map?
A: MISO has included only the top producing sites and a select few others needed for
better contouring representation on the map.
Q: What is the criteria for the newly displayed nodes?
A: Nodes were selected based upon State Estimator Averages. Some nodes may also
have been included for granularity and/or contouring purposes.
Q: Where did the LMP Data Table go that used to display under the LMP Contour
Map?
A: The LMP Consolidated Data Table is now displayed separately from the LMP
Contour Map to allow better visibility of both items. You can find the LMP Consolidated
Data Table available on the Real Time Market Data Menu under Markets and
Operations on the MISO Public website.
Q: Why can’t I see any South (Entergy) nodes?
A: MISO will expand the footprint to include the South nodes in December when the

existing Midwest region and a combination of the two regions all from our Real Time
Market Data menu where the current LMP Contour Map is available.

A: Yes, however these changes will not be implemented until December when the
South expansion is complete.
