ROLE PURPOSE:
Notts County Football Club is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate,
motivated and hard-working individual to join the performance analysis
department during the 2017/2018 season.
We are looking to recruit an intern with a passion for producing new and
innovating work, who has a flexible approach to hours, and who has a
conscientious attitude to the demands of the team.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain insight into the many facets of
performance analysis and will be based at Meadow Lane, Nottingham.
Applicants will have the chance to learn a unique set of skills that will provide
them with experience that is essential to become an analyst at every level.
During this internship you will:

Work closely with the First Team Analyst
Assist in the filming and analysis of first team training and home matches
Assist in the delivery of individual and team based analysis as required by the
Management Team and first team analyst
Assist in the provision of report and projects specific to the performance
analysis needs
Support the maintenance of statistical databases relevant to the Notts County
first team
Use
video
analysis
software
and
other
appropriate
technology
Technical Requirements
•

Football coaching qualification (Level 1 or 2)
Understanding of the Sportscode Analysis software
Experience of working in an elite sporting environment
Experience with Scouting Platforms, such as Wyscout & Scout 7
Proficient IT and movie making skills (Mac and IMovie)
Must live within a commutable distance
Full clean UK driving licence
