About the Democracy Hub
The Democracy Hub is a new project to organize a movement in Washington state to reclaim democracy for the

structural problems via a well-coordinated movement with a long-term agenda that builds a government we
trust, and a government that works for all residents.
The Hub will build a network of organizations working on democracy-related issues, including: voter access and
participation, getting money out of politics, voting structures, and reflective democracy. The Hub will consist of
a Director and funded staff dispersed in partner organizations. The Hub will work in close partnership with the

organizations for greater impact.

represent communities around the state and across the political spectrum and at least 1/3 of whom are from
communities underrepresented in civic participation (communities of color, women, and young people),
including the Win/Win Executive Director. The Advisory Board has not been formally established, and you will
help shape its composition.
