Software Installation and Entry to Virtual Island

1. Installation of Firestorm
Viewer:
You must install Firestorm Viewer, in order to connect to the virtual world.
Click on the following link and select the version of Viewer that suits your operating system.

Note: If you have Windows running on your computer, select the appropriate version of Firestormviewer
that suits your Windows version, from among the three options. Select the second or third option: 32-bit
or 64-bit. (If you aren't sure which version you need, select the 32-bit version, which is the second option
shown on the website. Download the second option from the following figure:

2. Addition of Eurekaworld Beta grid to your Viewer. (See the following figure.)
Open the Firestorm (the SW that you downloaded and installed). Select Preferences from the top
left of the Viewer menu (or press CTRL+P).
1. In the Preferences window, select the Opensim option (at lower left).
2. In the Add new grid text box, add the following address:
http://grid1.eurekaworld.co.il:8002/52.18.185.60.8002 and confirm by pressing Apply.
(We recommend that you type in the above link, rather than copy/paste it from the
document.)
3. A grid of text boxes will now appear under the Add new grid box. A text box showing
Eurekaworld Beta should appear at the bottom of this list.
4. Press OK at the bottom of the window (the Preferences window).
In the event of an error message, check your connection to the Internet, and try again.
3. Entry to the Virtual Island
Use the username and password that you received by email. Type in your username (First name and
Last (family) name) in English with a space between the two words – Don't forget: the username is case
sensitive!) and your password at the bottom of the screen. If you don't remember your username or
password, press the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the screen. (It is temporarily disabled).
Type TEC into the Start at download box and check that the Log into grid box displays the words
Eurekaworld Beta. Press Log In. Good luck!
