Please note you can extend your booking past the listed evening
timings. This will be charged at an additional £1,000 + VAT per hour
(until 03.00).
Any additional AV, entertainment or hire equipment requirements
are charged as extra and all additional arrangements such as
flowers, AV, entertainment and production must be supplied by
the building’s approved suppliers.
Food and beverage
All prices quoted are excluding VAT, and beverages are
charged on consumption. Food and beverage is subject
to a discretionary 12.5% service charge.
A minimum food and beverage spend
of £1,000 + VAT will apply for breakfast events.
A minimum food and beverage spend
of £7,500 + VAT will apply for evening events.
For peak dates the minimum spend can be raised to £10,000 +VAT

busy streets below. This space works
perfectly for drinks receptions,
exclusive dining and private parties,
allowing your guests to see London

Gherkin, where members can unwind,
socialise and relax, along with the
exclusive Searcys Restaurant and Bar
dominating the top two floors with
the most impressive 360 degree
views of London. Membership
starts from £500 per year with a
£250 joining fee. We also offer group
cooperate rates.
If you are to become a member of
the Searcys Gherkin club you will be
applicable to discount on events and
private dining.
