Reimbursement check will be made out to the organization booking the rooms. The spokesperson for the group will need to ask for a rooming list from the front desk upon checking out. The spokesperson will then fax or mail it to the Ridgeland Tourism Commission in order to receive the rebate. In order to calculate reimbursement, the RTC will multiply the total number of room nights by $4. Ridgeland Tourism Commission’s staff is available to assist you with the details of this program.
