In our continuing effort to make PKD Festival accessible to everyone, we may provide those
disabled ticket holders who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA (or can otherwise supply
supporting evidence of their necessity for personal assistance) with a free ticket for a personal
assistant.
If the application is successful Personal Assistants will be issued with a FREE standard ticket to
PKD Festival.
Proof of purchase must be provided of the disabled ticket holder’s purchase (or on notification
of a successful PA application tickets can be purchased direct from PKD Box Office and will be
issued together).
IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that only those people that would be unable to attend the festival
without full time assistance apply for the scheme. If we discover anyone has made a false
application then we do have the right to cancel both your PA ticket and your festival ticket
before and during the event.
Please supply a photocopy of one of the following as proof (please tick as appropriate):
A letter of award for DLA at high rate
Please note: This letter from the DWP must
be one that has been sent to you in 2016 or 2017. If you do not have one this recent
you will need to contact the DWP and request that they send you an updated copy. If you are unable to provide the above but still wish to apply for access to the
viewing platform, please provide another form of supporting evidence e.g. a doctor’s
