Ordering Guide for Xara Uniform Packages through Soccer City

1. Designate one person to coordinate your team uniforms
2. Visit your local store to view sample uniforms and pick up samples for team sizing, if needed.
3. Complete the package, color and team information below.
4. Record your player names and sizes on the form below and turn in this page as your order form.
5. Allow a MINIMUM of two weeks for order processing during busy seasons; place your order at least two
weeks prior to the season start date.
6. Collect money from team parents - check with your store before placing your order to familiarize
yourself with their deposit requirements.
7. Collect and pay for all team uniforms when the order is complete.
8. Hand out your team uniforms to the players and enjoy your season!
