Firefly - 4 Stars
General Location: Amado Territory, South of Green Valley
Casual
Type of Food: Upscale American
Pricing; Reasonable (Lunch, $7-$15; Dinner, $7-$27)
In addition to patio seating and the general restaurant indoors, there are two separate rooms off
the main dining area: one accommodates 16, the other approximately 20
Adult beverages served, including several specialty martinis
They open at 11 am
Other Helpful Comments:
Pleasant, calming, picturesque setting with space for about 8 tables on the outside patio looking eastward over the
plains, pasture and a pond with fountain. Inside is the main dining room (one large room with a darkened ambience).
There are two separate rooms as mentioned above.
The food was very good and the selections somewhat unique (Burger Fundido with chorizo and a chili pepper; Chicken
Cordon Bleu sandwich, Perogi and bratwurst, sweet potato hash, kale salad, etc.) We were there mid-day and dined
with selections from the lunch menu. Depending on the entrée, the servings were sufficient for a fairly large appetite;
however, some of the menu items could have offered larger portions (such as the crab cake).
We will definitely go back!
A bonus: Ooh La La, the upscale, non-profit, women’s clothing and accessories consignment store is located in the
same complex!

La Bocanita Rating: 4 stars
In Rio Rico
Food was pretty good (Mexican and seafood),
Service friendly, a little slow getting our food, music good, ambience okay - nothing special,
couldn’t talk much when the music came on, one room (13 tables)
Prices reasonable, margaritas didn’t compare with Wisdoms.
Probably wouldn’t make the drive to the restaurant unless coming from Nogales at dinner/lunch
time.
