School Choice Program - Acceptance of Eighth Grade Choice From Sending Districts
The Lenape Valley Regional High School Board of Education passed on two separate
occasions resolutions accepting graduating eighth grade students enrolled in the Byram and
Netcong sending districts as School Choice. Below are the resolutions and their approval
dates.
It is the responsibility of the School Choice student and their family to complete the application
and provide it to Lenape Valley Regional within the mandated deadlines. Application and
deadline dates for enrollment can be found on www.lvhs.org.
May 21, 2013
RESOLVED, That the Lenape Valley Regional High School Board of Education approves the
acceptance of Netcong School Choice students who are a part of the graduating eighth grade
class. This approval will remain in effect provided and upon condition that the State
Department of Education continues to fund the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program.
All procedures are compliant with the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program Act of 2010
