 The Agent Place App for iOS Getting started Before downloading and installing the app, check to make sure that your iPhone / iPad is running the latest version of Apple’s iOS operating system software. 1. Choose Settings. 2. Choose General.
3. Choose Software Update. 4. If there’s an update available, install it. You must be on a Wi‐Fi network for Installation. The app works fine on Wi‐Fi or cellular but when installing software, Wi‐Fi is generally a more stable connection. The app is only available from the agentplacei.com page and is not available on the app store. 5. Next, launch your web browser (Safari) and go to www. agentplacei.com 6. Choose Install Agent Place. 7. When the app installation has completed, you should see its icon on your device’s desktop. 8. Now you will need to check your device’s Enterprise App Security Settings. Choose the Settings App. 9. Choose General. 10. Choose Profile.
11. Select the Real Estate One Capital, Inc app. 12. Select Trust “Real Estate One Capital, Inc” 13. Your Agent Place app should now display as Verified. 14. Now you can set up your device to sync your contacts with the Agent Place app. Choose Settings again. 15. Choose Mail, Contacts Calendar. 16. Choose Add Account. 17. Choose Other. 18. Choose Add CardDAV Account.
19. Fill in the CardDAV server settings. Server: reo.24x7sync.com User Name: Your One Place user name Password: Your One Place password Description: enter a description for the account like “One Place Contacts Sync” Choose Next. Your new account will be verified and then saved. 20. Now return to your Home screen, navigate to your new Agent Place App and select it to launch the app. Enter your One Place user name and password and select the arrow. Your app is now ready to use.
