Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

This lucky draw is open to all residents of South Africa except all staff of (Old Mutual
Company of South Africa (Pty) Ltd and all other related agencies and promotional
partners.

This campaign and lucky draw is administered and organized by Old Mutual
Company of South Africa (Pty) Ltd and all other related agencies and promotional
partners.

There will be one prize of R10 000 in an Old Mutual Tax Free Plan.

The winner will be selected via random draw after the 29 May 2017.

Customers can send in as many entries by filling in the Old Mutual electronic lead
form and sharing their personal details and best financial advice that they have ever
received.

Organisers may require that the prize winner complete and submit relevant
documentation in line with legislation, including FICA to process the investment in an
Old Mutual Tax Free Plan.

Each Lucky Draw form must be completely filled in. Any incomplete, illegible or
photocopied entries will be disqualified.

Old Mutual Company of South Africa (Pty) Ltd has a right on the photos of the
winners to (i) electronically publish and distribute the photo in any Site including the
right to translate and electronically publish and distribute the photo to other Internet
Sites under license, contract or common ownership with the Company; (ii) include the
photo in advertising and promotion materials; and (iii) to include the photo in print
and non-print products.

All winners will be notified by phone or valid email provided by the customer.

The winner must complete and submit all relevant paperwork within 2 months of
being notified of their win.

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or exchangeable for cash. All luck draw
prizes must be claimed within one month from the date of draw. All unclaimed prizes
will be forfeited.

Customers are to abide by the rules and regulations stated by the organizer.

In case of dispute, the organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entertained.

There will be no obligation to purchase any further financial products, over and
above the allocated luck draw prize.

This lucky draw runs from (24 April 2017) to (29 May 2017).

Old Mutual Company of South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms
and conditions of or withdraw this lucky draw if required by the authorities
