IMPORTANT UPDATES!!!!
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is pleased to announce a change to the P4P
Yellow Card submission timeframe guidelines. Beginning January 1, 2011
Yellow Cards can be submitted up to 5 months after the last eligible vaccination is
administered.
Please watch for your Yellow Card Reminders report as it displays a roster of your
assigned Members who are 11-24 months of age for whom IEHP has not yet
received a completed Yellow Card submission.
Remember each eligible completed Yellow Card is worth $150 and must be
completed by the Member’s 2nd birthday. IEHP accepts Yellow Card submissions
online only at www.iehp.org to receive the compliance bonus.
