MATCHMAKING REGISTRATION FORM
Easy to apply – free of charge
Apply for the Matchmaking Service by submitting this Matchmaking registration form. In the application form
you should fill in details of your company’s business activities and details on the project for which you are
seeking a partner in Finland and define characteristics of the partner you are looking for. The more thorough
and clear the registration form is, the more likely it is that your application will have a positive outcome.
Clearly emphasize the unique selling points for the companies who may consider going into partnership with
your company. This will improve the likelihood of finding a potential partner.
In order to register your company to the Finnpartnership Matchmaking Facility:

The company must have a solid financial base and be able to present a concrete business proposal.

Fill in all fields in English. The information in all fields is mandatory.
Your registration will not be processed unless the mandatory information is provided.

Read and complete the registration form with care and in as much detail as possible. Return the filled-in
registration form, including attachments, via email to [email protected]. Once the Matchmaking
registration form has been received by Finnpartnership, the Finnpartnership personnel will contact you
regarding the next steps of the procedure.
Visibility and marketing


All appropriate business partnership opportunities submitted by means of the registration form will be
registered and published on the Partner Search database (www.finnpartnership.fi/partnersearch) on
Finnpartnership’s website.
Finnpartnership may also send information on suitable business opportunities directly to relevant
companies, fair trade organisations, and other import / export oriented organisations. You can also
browse for suitable business opportunities posted by other companies through the Partner Search
function. Finnpartnership may also channel the initiatives of suitable Finnish companies directly to you.
