By completing this form, the teacher is informing the organizers of 24 Hours of Science that he or she wishes to register a class in the
Quick Engineering Challenge 2016. Thank you for sending in your completed form before the deadline , May 2, 2016, to
[email protected].
After the Challenge, a random draw will be held for a participation prize. If the teacher completes and returns the Class Registration
Form and the Feedback Questionnaire to the organizers of 24 Hours of Science after the Challenge, his or her class will be entered
in the draw. Deadline, May 22, 2016.
A separate form must be filled out for each class. If a teacher wants to register more than one class, he or she must send in one
registration form per class.
The Quick Engineering Challenge should, ideally, be held between April 25 and May 6, 2016. Teachers are welcome to send us photos
of their students participating in the challenge, if they have authorization to do so.
