NHS Graduation Stole Agreement
1. You must be a member-in-good-standing in order to wear a stole at graduation.
Member status is assessed based on completion of credits, disciplinary actions,
quarter grades, and cumulative GPA.
2. Stoles require a $25 deposit, which due upon pick-up. You may use cash or check
(written out to Centennial High School National Honors Society).
3. If you choose to keep the stole, no further action is required once you have
submitted this form.
4. If you choose to return the stole, you must meet the following conditions:
a. Stole must be returned in the same condition you received it: clean and free
of stains and body odor.
b. Stole must be returned by Friday, May 26, 2017 at 2:20 PM.
c. Ms. Duran will need to verify the condition of your stole. If she accepts the
return, you may then pick up your deposit from Mrs. Beall (with appropriate
documentation from Ms. Duran).
d. No money will be returned after Friday, May 26, 2017 at 2:20 PM.
5. Stoles may be picked up in Ms. Duran’s room after school or during Eagle Time from
May 8, 2017 to May 22, 2017** (before school or after graduation practice).
6. All members must uphold NHS standards up to graduation day. Any violation
of member-in-good-standing policies will result in revoking of stole.
