Weekly Newsletter 19th June 2015 Climbing Tree We have had a climbing tree (trunk and branches of a tree lying on it’s side) installed in Nature’s Den, our outdoor classroom area. The children love it although at the moment we are only letting them on it with staff directly supporting. It is fabulous and a great new addition to the school. Staff have reported the some children have been really testing themselves on how high they can go; starting out cautiously but going a little bit further each time. This is fantastic as it really shows them thinking and managing the situation for themselves. They are definitely more adventurous than the staff. Next time you are in school look through the fence from the car park and you will be able to see it. Maybe even have a go on it at the Family Fun Day on Saturday 27th June.
