Job Title: Assistant Community Coach Department: Aberdeen FC Community Trust Location: Northfield Academy / Pittodrie Responsible to: Senior SFA Community Coach Responsible for: Delivery of the School of Football Initiative and Lunchtime Games Programme at Northfield Academy Role Summary Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of the School of Football and Lunchtime Games Programmes at Northfield Academy. Deliver daily Coaching sessions during School curriculum time and facilitate whole School extra-curricular activity during the day. Provide 20 Northfield Academy pupils with daily Football Coaching sessions as part of their School curriculum for the whole of S1 and S2. Aspire to work alongside Northfield Academy Teaching staff to develop better people and better players throughout the Programme. Through Football, create a learning environment which aims to achieve the following outcomes; Improved School pupil attendance Enhanced pupil attainment, confidence and self-esteem Developed pupil characteristics and behaviours through Football Positive role models in School community Support School of Football pupils through Dynamic Youth Award qualifications. Proactively engage School pupils with wider community involvement opportunities with AFCCT. During School Holidays, lead the delivery of AFCCT School Holiday Coaching sessions as directed by your Line Manager.
