Some people pray to God (or Allah, Yaweh, Spirit, or your personal name). I like to think of those in the unseen realms as anyone/anything that is present that we do not physically see with our eyes, hear, touch, etc. These beings are beyond our normal 5 senses that the brain interprets. I believe there are other dimensions, invisible forces, in the Universe. How could our Universe be so vast and we here on Earth be the only life forms? That just doesn’t make any sense to me! Throughout time people have had “visions”, “visits”, “spiritual experiences”. How are these explained – except to say that they are experiences we cannot explain with our 5 senses or that ‘science’ cannot measure? Scientists have measured that we see only .000054% of what is visibly available. Our eyes and brains interpret only that little. If we only see that much of what is ‘out there’, what are we missing? People have seen, heard or ‘felt’ angels, various gods (Zeus, Jupiter, Appollo, Hera, etc), saints and dieties in other cultures (Quan Yin, goddess of compassion in China, Shiva, Shakti, Lakshmi, Ganesha, etc. in Indian spiritual traditions). In the realm of the unseen, I’ve heard indigenous or pagan cultures, describe ancestors, grandchildren, fairies or invisible nature beings, healing gods, in the realm of the unseen. I also consider microorganisms as unseen, at least by the naked eye. Yet they make all the difference when it comes to our guts (and entire bodies) functionin. They are all here to help us; all we need to do is ask. Ask for help. Whether in prayer format or a plain request, ask for what you want. Be specific about WHAT you want, not HOW it will come to you. When you ask, write down anything that seems to come to you, whether it seems “real” or not, ridiculous or sane. At the time you ask, give thanks and gratitude that it is already delivered. Feel that deeply in your heart. Also, notice how you feel when you ask. Do you feel guilty? Nervous? Selfish? Satisfied? Fearful? Angry? Pleased and open to receive? This is important – the feeling that accompanies the request. Practice moving through any feeling that comes up that is not pure joy and satisfaction to have your request answered. * Note: Because these beings are not grounded in our physical reality, it may be a good idea if you are, before calling on them. Remember to use your grounding cord, your center, your energy bubble! Also, because these beings are not in physical form, they can move energy quickly, so you may manifest your desires fast! Notice if what you ask for does not readily come. Sit with this. Ask the beings in the unseen realms why not. You will likely hear that before you get help, you must do or learn something. So be open to it! © Luminara Serdar, Autism Transformed Creating Connection, Calm & Communication for Your Child by Tapping into Your Hidden Gifts Week 4 Muscle Testing This is a great tool you can use to find out what works for your body and your child’s body. It’s also a way to communicate with your child’s other-than-conscious mind to ask questions about what is happening inside. For example, you may want to ask if they are feeling pain, if having probiotics would help their gut feel better, if they need a particular supplement right now or not. There are many different techniques. These are shown in the videos on page 1: This Week’s Media. You can also click on a picture below to access each video. The videos cover using a pendulum, the full body sway technique, O-ring finger technique and finger over finger technique. https://www.youtube.com/w https://www.youtube.com/w The key with muscle testing is to build your confidence and believe in your answers. Begin by asking obvious questions. Yes, your conscious mind may be influencing the muscle testing. However, by asking yes/no questions with obvious answers, you will begin to feel what a true answer feels like in your muscles. Example: Make a statement, “I ate eggs for breakfast this morning.” If you actually did, you will get a YES. If you didn’t, you will get a NO. Let’s say you did eat eggs for breakfast and you get a yes. You can then say the opposing statement, “I did not eat eggs for breakfast.” and should get the opposite answer (a NO). You can say “Did”, “Did not” again and again and you should feel the shift in how your muscles feel in testing. Practice by creating other examples, making other obvious statements: My child is wearing green (YES/NO). Is, is not, is, is not. Then graduate to asking questions or making statements for things you don’t know the answer to. Ask something about what your body may want to eat in the moment, or if a particular supplement would be beneficial to take right now? Ask if it would be beneficial to help your digestion if you took a digestive enzyme. Practice asking questions about your child. If you cannot muscle test him, use yourself while touching him or close to him (with the intention that you are testing for his body, not yours). © Luminara Serdar, Autism Transformed Creating Connection, Calm & Communication for Your Child by Tapping into Your Hidden Gifts Week 4 Please make sure to practice this over the next few days, and bring your questions to the Q&A session! What if It’s Not Working? If your pendulum is swaying this way and that, with no seeming clear answer, or if your muscle strength or weakness seems wishy washy, there are a few things you can do to help get your body to better cooperate. Or, if you’re testing your child (or testing yourself for your child), you would have your child do these things. 1. First use your clicker to ground, center, set your energy bubble. 2. Drink a glass of water. Often we are dehydrated and that can make a muscle test wishy washy. 3. If 1 or 2 (above) doesn’t shift things, you may be deficient in electrolytes, those minerals that help maintain the electrical potential and electromagnetic field of the body. Take some electrolytes – like Emergen-C or Trace Minerals Electrolytes, or even some Celtic sea salt. 4. As shown in the pendulum video, rub or tap the K27 point, just below the collarbones, for about 20-30 seconds. This should help K27 unscramble your electromagnetic field. 5. Movement may be helpful in addition to all of the above – stretching, bending, twisting, walking, jumping – things to get the circulation and energy flow of the body moving. Finding and Clearing Energies It’s likely that your child (and you!) are energetically sensitive and open to energies attaching themselves to your energy fields. You can use muscle testing to look for these and remove them. ASK: Are there any adverse energies in my child’s energy field? YES/NO OR, Has my child picked up any energies today at school that disrupt brain function, that prevent optimal digestion, that disrupt his gut microbiome, that keep him in a state of anxiety, that keep him out of his body, or keep him from being grounded? You can ask similarly worded questions. Really, you can ask ANYTHING! If you get a yes, you can ask how many? Start with is it 10 or more? If YES, ask if it’s 100 or more. If YES, ask if it’s 1000 or more, and so on. If you ask is it 10 or more and get a NO, then go down from there. Is it 9? 8? 7? Etc. You’ll keep guessing at numbers until you have a good feel for how to go up and down number scales. This practice is great for learning to discern the YES/NO, strong/weak feel, of a muscle test. I also like to ask of the child, “Are you willing to let all of these energies go?” Sometimes you will get a NO. Why? Perhaps the child feels these are comforting, necessary or somehow just isn’t willing to let go. The next question to ask is, “Are you willing to be willing to let them go?”. If this is a NO, ask “Are you willing to be willing to be willing let them go?” and so on until you get a YES. It may take up to 10 ‘willing to be willings’ sometimes. Don’t be alarmed! To me, this shows a level of attachment and comfort. © Luminara Serdar, Autism Transformed Creating Connection, Calm & Communication for Your Child by Tapping into Your Hidden Gifts Week 4 Next, you will ask the energies if they are “Willing to leave?” “Willing to be willing to leave?” etc, until you get a YES, that they are willing. This may seem tedious, but what we’re trying to do here is get to the bottom of the issue and have your child be free from any energies that bog him down, affect his mood, physiology and whole being. To clear them, you can do a body sweep with the intention to clear all the energies from his body. The energy sweep is similar to the energy sweeping video, but can be done with him standing, lying down or without him physically present in the room. You will imagine his body in front of you as you do it. Make sure to put those energies into a black hole and click it closed. Similarly, you can use a pot or bucket of white light, send the energies ‘to the light’ (creator, God, Source, Spirit, or your word for the concept of ‘all there is’). © Luminara Serdar, Autism Transformed Creating Connection, Calm & Communication for Your Child by Tapping into Your Hidden Gifts Week 4 FOR PRACTICE 1. Ask for something from the Unseen, give your gratitude and watch for the result/delivery. Note it in your journal. 2. Set aside 15-30 minutes each day to practice muscle testing, or do it throughout the day. 3. Practice clearing entities on yourself, your child, or even in your home (your child’s bedroom is a great place for this). 4. Continue to practice centering, grounding, establishing your energy bubble, as these tools underlie most everything else you will do. 5. Continue using the ankle grounding technique on your child and on someone else, the daily K27 tapping, body sweeping on your child or someone else. 6. Continue to journal about how you are feeding your energetic and emotional bodies each day. 7. Continue with one of guided meditation each night. Do this with or without your child. 8. Practice the hook up on your child or someone else. 9.
