Allquartersare“runningclock”exceptduringfreethrowsandthefinalminuteofthe
2nd&4thquartersinwhichtheclockwillstopforalldeadballs.
2. Timeouts:3timeoutspergame,perteam.TimeoutsDONOTcarrytoovertime.
3. Overtime:Ifthegameistied,therewillbea3-minuteovertimewith“stoppedclock”
duringthelastminute.Secondandproceedingovertimeswillbeonlyoneminutewith
“stoppedclock.”Onetimeoutwillbegiventoeachteampereachovertime.
4. PlayingTime:Allplayersmustplayatleast2quarters.
5. TechnicalFouls:Twotechnicalfoulsgiventoasingleplayerorcoachinasinglegame
willresultintheejectionoftheplayersorcoach.
6. Referees:DecisionsmadebyrefereesandscorekeepersarefinalandareNOTallowed
tobechallengedorarguedbyplayers,parents,orcoaches.Abriefexplanationwillbe
providedtoONLYthecoachifrequested.
7. Sportsmanship:Allplayers,coaches,andspectatorsareexpectedtoabidebythe
Snuffy/FastbreakLeaguecodeofconduct.Additionally,weaskthatteamswinningbya
widemarginberespectfulandavoidrunningupthescore(+12).
