intothebuilding.Youmaybedeniedentryifyourfuelexceeds¼tank.

Preparingforthewalkthrough:
Atthetimeofthewalkthrough,alloftheabovepreparationsmustbecomplete.TheshowEvent
Managerwillsetthetimeforthewalkthrough;ifyouarenotabletobepresentwithyourvehicleyou
willneedtoleavethevehicleunlockedand/orprovideyourshowcontactwiththekeys.TheFireSafety
Staffwillpopthehoodtothevehicletoensurethebatteryhasbeendisconnectedaswellasopenthe
gas/fuelcaptoverifyitistapedoff.Youarewelcometoleavethehoodpoppedandfueldooropenifyou
arenotcomfortableleavingyourkeysand/orvehicleunlockedforthewalkthrough.
Oncetheshowbegins:
OncetheFireSafetyStaffhasapprovedallvehiclesandtheshowdoorsopentoallowattendeesin,a
FireMarshalwillbestaffedforthedurationoftheshow.Undernocircumstancecanthevehicle’s
batterybereconnectedand/orstartedwhilethepublicisinthebuilding.TheFireMarshalcanandwill
askyoutodisconnectimmediatelyifabatteryisreconnectedduringtheshow.
Aftertheshowends:
OncetheattendeeshaveleftthebuildingandtheEventManagerandFireMarshalverifyitissafe,
batteriescanbereconnectedinpreparationfordeparture.TheEventManagerwillcoordinateexitsand
doors.Wekindlyaskthatyoubepatientinfacilitatingthisprocess;wewillgetyourvehicleouras
quicklyaspossible.Uponexiting,pleasedriveslowlyandbeawareofanyvendorspackingup,debris
frombooths,powercordssurroundingyourvehiclesandbooths,crewbreakingdownpipeanddrape
booths,etc.
