Objective:
To provide an opportunity for girls & boys to play soccer in an organized, competitive, yet recreational
setting. Our emphasis is on fundamentals, teamwork, playing time and sportsmanship.
Information:
Pre-K is defined as 4 years of age as of July 21, 2017
Sign up by the grade you will be in the FALL of 2017
Participants are allowed to move up 1 grade level as long as they meet the minimum age/grade requirement
Games will be played on Saturday
6 game schedule starting on Saturday, September 9, 2017
Age groups will not be combined
Possible game locations:
Pre-K—Kindergarten = De Soto ONLY
1st & 2nd Grade = De Soto ONLY
3rd thru 8th Grade = De Soto, Eudora, Baldwin City and Wellsville

executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have resulting from such photograph(s) or reproductions thereof. I have read and understand the
