There are four suits: Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, Spades. The Clubs and Spades are
black, and the Diamonds and Hearts are red.
There are thirteen denominations: Ace, 2, 3, ... 10, Jack, Queen, King. Sometimes Ace (A) is
the lowest card, and sometimes it is the highest card. It will be specified in each problem
whether it is considered the lowest or highest.
