With this Application Form are the Conditions of Let which must be read and agreed by the person responsible for the hire and the rental charges. Please let us know

The users of this facility and the equipment or kit connected therewith, by making
this booking undertake to use the facility and equipment/kit for legal and appropriate
purposes only and understand that if they are found to be using the facilities,
equipment or kit for illegal or inappropriate purposes, then they will not only be
disqualified from using CultureNL facilities on future occasions but may, depending
on the gravity of the infringement, be reported to the police for prosecution. The
CultureNL Manager will be the sole judge of what constitutes “illegal or
inappropriate purposes” in connection with the use of the facility, equipment or kit.

that, within all CulutreNL facilities, smoking is prohibited.

Failure to comply with the law will result in a fixed penalty of £50 being enforced for
individuals smoking in no-smoking premises.
As the person responsible for the booking, you could be fined a fixed penalty of up
to £200 for allowing others to smoke in no-smoking premises.
* For H & S reasons the Darkroom can only be accessed by
individuals who demonstrate they understand the hazards of working
