Math Games 5 - 8
Students take turns selecting factors to multiply.
They score points based on the value of the
product in relation to several target numbers.
(See reverse for Game Board).
Needed:
• Two players, Game Board, several markers, paper, pencil.
How To Play:
• The first player selects two numbers by placing markers on two different bees.
• Both players calculate the product (to check for accuracy).
• The player selecting the numbers scores the appropriate points according to which
hive the product falls into.
• Players take turns selecting numbers to multiply. Players may only select numbers
which are not already covered with a marker.
• Points are tallied at the end of the game. “Good game!” “Thanks for playing.”
• Game boards are cleared and (as time allows) players switch partners.
