Registration Instructions for Town of Cochrane Volleyball Leagues
Option 1- You can register at Town of Cochrane eservices first, follow these directions:
➠ Go to TOC eservices www.cochrane.ca/eservices and pay by Credit Card for the league/division
of your choice if spots are available. THEN…
➠ Go to www.cochranevolleyball.net and complete Web registration instructions below. DO NOT
complete a SECOND payment when you click on TOC link, close TOC home page.
Option 2- You can register at Cochranevolleyball.net first and follow these directions:
➠ Follow Web registration instructions below. Click link to www.cochrane.ca/eservices and complete
your payment by Credit Card.
Login to our website www.cochranevolleyball.net on the Sports Illustrated Play Platform to Web Register your
team to the new season of volleyball and unlock full features of the online and mobile platforms.
1. Login to the website with existing account or create a new account. If you login with your previous captain’s
email/password your players list will be accessible to you as unassigned volunteers and players on your
TEAMWALL.
2. Choose Registrant - Choose Existing Team or create New Team
3. Choose Session/Division
4. Select ✔Register
5. Input your own Registration Information as a Volunteer and Player, (2 steps). Select your role as Team
Captain. If you have your players roster information you may complete your roster now or finish later. It is
necessary to set your team members up as Volunteers AND add as Players. One volunteer/player must
be assigned to complete registration.
6. Continue to Checkout
7. Select Pay OTHER
8. Comment input will be TOC eservices pymt
9. Select Complete Payment
10. Select Order Complete
11. CLICK LINK TO www.cochrane.ca/eservices:
Option 1 - If you have registered & paid at TOC eservices and the link has taken you to TOC home page,
DO NOT complete a SECOND payment, simply close the home page and your TOC and WEB registration
will be complete.
Option 2 - Follow the steps on Town of Cochrane Home Page to Register and Pay by Credit Card to the
league/division of your choice. Your TOC and WEB registration will be complete.


Sports Illustrated Play TEAMWALL is available on your Android or iPhone APP Store. Full features are
available on our League website to manage everything you need to run your team

Login to www.cochranevolleyball.net to access your account and TEAMWALL to manage your team.
Anyone can go to the website to check information, schedules, download forms etc. without logging in.

Review the league Rules & Regulations and share with your team mates. We promote sportsmanship
and friendship in our Recreational/Competitive Leagues.

Download/print waivers and have players sign them and submit hard copies to TOC recreation office, OR
photograph/scan the pages and send to [email protected].

Waivers must be submitted by October 15th, 2016


League Descriptions
WOMEN’S 6’S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE: 12 Teams, 4 teams/Tier










Sept 7, 2016 to Mar 31, 2017
Open Tournament Apr 1-2, 2017 at SLS, preferred fee
Wednesdays, Spray Lakes Gym 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Wednesdays, Glenbow School 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm
SLS matches will be 2 games per match, 2 matches per night
Glenbow matches will be best of 5, 1 match per night, (play as many games as 1.5 hours will
allow)
Sports Illustrated Play League Management, online and mobile platforms.

Teams will be seeded into 3 tiers at the start of the season. Teams will play a number of roundrobins in the Fall to allow for tier adjustments as teams settle into new tier positions based upon
standings.
Scores must be updated at the end of match play via the mobile app or desktop website. It is
the responsibility of teams to input results within 24 hours of match play.
MIXED 6’S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE: 16 Teams, 8 teams/Division









Sep 12, 2016 to Apr 3, 2017
In-league Tournament Apr 8-9, 2017
Mondays, Spray Lakes Gym 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Mondays, Mitford School Gym 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Division 1 - Competitive, 8 team maximum
Division 2 - Recreational, 8-9 team maximum
Game play is 2 games/match, 2 matches per game night
