If you are using this spreadsheet to document your SLO results, then this spreadsheet must be uploaded as an artifact in the SLO goal-accomplishment window. Follow the instructions to attach an artifact included in the Submitting a Goal Accomplishment SLO QRC available in the Schoolnet homepage and the SLO website in Curriculum Central. 16.
